We can provide airport transfers, welcome packs, information on ‘What to do’ and the local area also, mid-stay cleans of the apartment/villa to the keep the property clean and fresh.

Car hire is one essential if you are looking to explore more than just the immediate area. We can arrange car hire; anything from small hatch backs to 10 seater mini buses all at very competitive rates.

Once you have purchased your new property it is time to think about furniture. We have established a working relationship with Kelebek Mobilya one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Turkey. In working closely with this company we have found them to be reliable and provide good quality furniture at an acceptable price. One of our team members will be more than happy to guide you on purchasing everything you need for your new property. • Maintenance fees will be set at £40 per calendar month to be paid by direct debit. Anyone wishing to pay annually in advance will attract a 5% discount.
