Ontur Construction Ltd has established an in house After Sales & Management Service. We will be there to ensure that your property is safe and secure, looking after your investment. Also, maintenance and regular checks on your property will be made to ensure that anything which needs attending to or repairing is done so promptly.
If your property is going to be rented out to family, friends or to the holiday maker we offer a variety of services to make their arrival more pleasurable. We can provide airport transfers, welcome packs, information on ‘What to do’ and the local area also, mid-stay cleans of the apartment/villa to the keep the property clean and fresh.
Car hire is one essential if you are looking to explore more than just the immediate area. We can arrange car hire; anything from small hatch backs to 10 seater mini buses all at very competitive rates.
Once you have purchased your new property it is time to think about furniture. We have established a working relationship with Kelebek Mobilya one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Turkey. In working closely with this company we have found them to be reliable and provide good quality furniture at an acceptable price. One of our team members will be more than happy to guide you on purchasing everything you need for your new property. Lastly, purchasing property abroad is probably one of largest expenditures people make next to purchasing property in their home country, therefore, it is essential that you employ a trustworthy and professional company to manage your property. • Car Hire with a meet and greet service from Dalaman Airport with prices for car hire from £20 per day dependent on size of vehicle.
• Meet and Greet transfer to and from Dalaman Airport from £10 for four people. Services from other Airports and prices are available on request.
• Cleaning and Bed Linen Laundry service including itinerary and breakage inspection. Prices as follows:

If you have been one of the wise ones to purchase a property on one of Ontur Constructions own developments you will also have the benefit from our personal Maintenance Service.
• Maintenance fees will be set at £40 per calendar month to be paid by direct debit. Anyone wishing to pay annually in advance will attract a 5% discount.
